Tri fitness club facilities are well equipped and designed to meet the high level of convenient, we have large halls for Fitness, Body building, Aerobics, Karate Studio, Swimming pools and much more, all that with well experienced stuff to train and mentor all the activities.

Swimming:
Here at Tri-Fitness you'll find two national standard indoor pools.
Tri fitness offers you an indoor heated swimming pool "semi Olympic" ready the whole year around available from 6:30 a.m. till 10:30 p.m. week days and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
While the women's pool is quarter Olympic with the same high qualities of mixed swimming pool.

Tri-Fitness offer a wide range of water based activities for members, catering for all ages and swimming abilities.

Children Swimming lessons:
Swimming lessons for school age children. Starting with non-swimmers and progressing through the Tri Fitness Swim plan, which is based on the international teaching plan. When the plan is completed, our swimmers should be proficient in swimming, with an understanding of water safety.

Adult Swimming Lessons:
We provide lessons for beginners, to improve confidence and install the foundations of swimming. Also lessons for those who can already, swim but want to improve their technique, or learn new strokes. Adult lessons are fun, enjoyable and structured to enable the individual swimmer to work at his/her own pace.

1 to 1 Swimming Lessons:
1 to 1 lessons are a more intense swimming lesson. If you feel you need a push start, have a particular skill to overcome or just think you would be more comfortable in a one on one situation, then 1 to 1 lessons are for you.

1 to 1 lessons run at various times to fit in with your lifestyle. If you would like 1to1 lessons, please ask for it at the reception.
